As a teenager I developed a passion for alternative therapies after having a RMT diagnose and treat my functional scoliosis. In 2014 I attended the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) and graduated in 2016. During my time at OVCMT I developed the ability to create individual treatment plans for patients with conditions such as: sports injuries, systemic and neurological conditions, cancer, geriatric, pediatrics, addiction, pregnancy, scar tissue, joint replacements and others. Some of the techniques I utilizes are: myofascial release, NMT (trigger point release), lymphatic drainage, joint mobilization, deep tissue, Swedish massage, muscle energy, reflexology, hydrotherapy, therapeutic exercise as well as other advanced techniques. I believes it is important to understand the root cause of an issue to effectively treat the person and create change.
